ATLANTIC CITY OUTLETS, THE WALK, UNVEILS NEW GROUP OF TENANTS

The Cordish Company is proud to announce the addition of four tenants to the incredible tenant mix at The Walk, a dynamic urban retail and entertainment project, featuring nationally recognized factory outlet retailers and restaurants.  Tenants are DKNY, Lacoste, Under Armour and Esprit.

DKNY
DKNY, Donna Karan New York, opened its 2,500 sq ft location at this top performing center in July, 2009.  With over 20 stores, DKNY, addresses the real-life needs of people everywhere, from work to weekend, jeans to evening.  Both fashionable and friendly, DKNY consistently delivers its unique mix of style around the world.

Lacoste
Lacoste opened its 3,000 sq ft location at Atlantic City Outlets, The Walk in December, 2009.  Founded in France in 1933, Lacoste has taken American fashion by storm since 1952. Then advertised as "the status symbol of the competent sportsman," the green alligator is one of the most recognizable logos in fashion and certainly one of the most popular brands in the United States.
 
Under Armour

Under Armour opened at Atlantic City Outlets, The Walk in March.  The 4,675 sq ft space features unique store front designs and creates the Under Armour experience built to enable consumers to immerse themselves in the Brand and performance products.  
 
Under Armour is the originator of performance apparel – gear engineered to keep athletes cool, dry and light throughout the course of a game, workout or practice.  The Company’s products are sold worldwide and worn by athletes at all levels, from youth to professional, on playing fields around the globe. 

Esprit

Esprit, a manufacturer of men and women’s apparel, opened its doors March 29th in a 5,000 square foot location.  Esprit is an international youthful lifestyle brand offering smart, affordable luxury and bringing newness and style to life.  The Group operates more than 800 directly managed stores worldwide and distributes its products via more than 14,000 wholesale locations internationally, occupying total selling space of over 11 million square feet in more than 40 countries.
