The Cordish Companies Announces New Hire to Join Construction Team
Baltimore, MD – The Cordish Companies today announced new Project Manager, Damion Fennoy. Fennoy will be joining the Design, Development and Operations Team of Cordish, reporting to Pete Cesari, Vice President of Construction. Fennoy’s primary focus will be a variety of construction and improvement projects at the Maryland Live! Casino.
As Project Manager, Fennoy brings over 18 years of construction and renovation experience to Cordish. Through his career, Fennoy has been responsible for construction for multi-million dollar education, healthcare, gaming and entertainment projects across the country. He most recently served as Project Manager for The Commercial Group, where he was responsible for the renovation of Maryland Live! Casino’s Warehouse & Service Bar Spaces as well as the 44-unit Dorothy J. Apartment complex.
