Rewards program, Maryland Live! hosted a spectacular special event in Washington, DC, to welcome the first group of customers to become members of the Chairman’s Club, the most elite of the new Tiers. Guests were treated to a sumptuous dinner, spectacular entertainment, dancing, and a special performance by the legendary Kool & the Gang, while Maryland Live! executives unveiled the premier benefits offered to this exclusive group. The Chairman’s Exclusive Package features an unprecedented array of rewards, such as an annual Chairman’s Cruise on Norwegian Cruise Lines to exotic locales; complimentary travel packages to Atlantis, Paradise Island, and Wynn Las Vegas; complimentary birthday celebrations at The Prime Rib, VIP access to all Rams Head Center Stage headline shows, tickets to major sporting events, complimentary rounds of golf, luxury gift items, complimentary car wash and detailing, and a 100% increased earning rate on Self-Comps. Self-Comp awards are dollar based; for example, $1 in earned Self-Comp is equivalent to $1 in retail or dining purchase. Members earn Self-Comps based on game played, average bet, and length of play. Earning rate will vary for every customer based on their play; however, as an added benefit, Gold, Platinum, Black and Chairman’s Club cardholders earn Self-Comps at an increased rate – 25% for Gold; 50% for Platinum; 75% for Black; and 100% for Chairman’s Club. THE STREAK® The most unique and celebrated feature of the new Live! Rewards program is THE STREAK®, a one-of-a-kind, annual anniversary award that increases each year the Card Tier status is maintained.
