New Latin American restaurant En Vivo opens in Maryland Live! Casino

HANOVER, MD - Maryland Live! Casino expanded its dining options this week with the opening of En Vivo, a new restaurant that will serve up its take on Latin American street food for the 21-and-up crowd.

The menu will feature classics including grilled street corn, tamales and a variety of tacos, quesadillas, soups and pupusas from a made-to-order kitchen, according to a news release. Desserts — or "postres" — such as flan, sweet plantain empanadas and tres leches cake will also be available for guests looking to satisfy their sweet tooth.

En Vivo adds to a Maryland Live dining lineup that also includes The Prime Rib, Phillips Seafood and Luk Fu.

The restaurant will be open from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 11 a.m. to 3 a.m. on Friday and Saturday. Maryland Live is located at 7002 Arundel Mills Circle in Hanover.
