New a 360-Virtual Views Released for One Cardinal Way Apartments
Spring training's still a few weeks away but excitement's building at Ballpark Village downtown.
The St. Louis Cardinals and the Cordish Companies take the wraps off One Cardinal Way currently under construction next to Busch Stadium.
It's a 29-story luxury residential tower that is part of the 2nd phase of Ballpark Village's $260 Million expansion.
Beginning today those interested in living at One Cardinal Way will be able to view 360-degree tours of each apartment online at OneCardinalWay.com. To get to the 360-view:
- Click on the specific apartment you want to look at
- When the image of the floor plan opens up, click on "360 View"
- An interactive window will appear.
Check out "The Sportsman" on floor 2908 for one of the cooler views near the top.
That newly updated site features an interactive property map that allows visitors to search for available units and take virtual tours of each apartment's floorplan, as well as views of Busch Stadium.
You'll also be able to apply online for an apartment. The monthly rate for a unit starts at about $1,500 for a one-bed, one-bath on the lower levels. The priciest can be found on the upper floors. It's called "The Roost" and the 2-bed, 2.5-bath with a balcony is listed at $4,825 for a 12-month lease.
