Two Light Luxury Apartments Announced as 2019 Capstone Award Winner

The 2019 Capstone winners are evidence of the strength of Kansas City's real estate market. The awards, which highlight the best projects competed in 2018, showcase the diverse array of construction happening throughout the area.

In addition to the 25 projects selected within one of the nine categories, this year's judging panel thought one project deserved additional recognition: Hy-Vee Arena. (Take a look at our photo tour after the completion of the $39 million renovation.)

Multifamily

Retail

To be honored, each project had to be move-in ready by the end of 2018.

A reception celebrating the winning projects and the teams behind them will be, Tuesday, March 26, at the InterContinental Kansas City on the Plaza.
