Developed in partnership with the City of Richmond and Daniel Corporation, Riverside on the James is an $86 million mixed-use development that incorporates the rehabilitation of a 100-year old power plant. Located between the James River and the Haxall Canal, which was originally designed by George Washington, Riverside on the James serves as an anchor for the Canal Walk District. The project consists of 240,000 square feet of Class A Offices, 122 luxury apartments, and an 800-space parking lot.
