BALTIMORE, MD – The Cordish Companies announced today a new key hire at the Power & Light District in Kansas City, MO. Heidi Schmidt has been named as Leasing and Hospitality Specialist for One Light Luxury Apartments. One Light, opening this November, is the first high-rise residential tower built in downtown Kansas City in several decades and the first of four planned luxury high-rise apartment buildings in the Power & Light District.
As Leasing and Hospitality Specialist for One Light, Schmidt will primarily focus her time working with current and prospective residents. She most recently served as Senior Sales Consultant for Village Green Property Management where she consistently ranked on the “Top Ten Closers” lists, as well as was recognized as a “Top Five Phone-to-Appointment Closer” in the Midwest Region.
