Live! By Loews Opens Feb. 26 in Downtown St. Louis, Featuring Four New Food and Drink Concepts

Just ahead of the 2020 St. Louis Cardinals season, a few new concepts are slated to open across from Busch Stadium. Live! by Loews opens in Downtown St. Louis on Wed., Feb. 26. The hotel will introduce four new food and drink options for those visiting Ballpark Village, according to a press release. 

Clark & Bourbon will be a steakhouse concept with an exposed kitchen and a variety of high-end cuts of meat. It will feature a "mixology prep lab" in the bar where chefs and mixologists will work side-by-side, as well as the Bourbon Room, which will offer a large menu of both mainstream and rare bourbons. 

Bar Bourbon will be a central gathering place that will double as an aging room filled with a vast bourbon selection. Located in the center of the lobby, it will feature a fireplace, an indoor and outdoor bar and a patio that will face Busch Stadium. The Bullock, another indoor-outdoor bar, will be on the second-floor terrace and will overlook the stadium as well as Ballpark Village and Cardinal Nation. It will focus on handcrafted cocktails and American cuisine.

River Market will be the hotel's grab-and-go concept, featuring coffee, fresh juices, sandwiches, salad and pastries. It also promises to offer other local St. Louis items. And, of course, the hotel will also feature an in-room dining menu. 

The 216-room and eight-story hotel is located at the corner of Clark Avenue and Eighth Street.
