Construction on Track for Philly Live!

Spring 2012 Opening Planned

Philly Live!, the 50,000 sf restaurant and entertainment district located in the heart of the Philadelphia stadium complex, is on schedule to open in Spring of 2012, containing what is being billed as the "World's Greatest Sports Bar." The project, a partnership between The Cordish Companies and Comcast-Spectacor, broke ground in November of 2010 with the demolition of the Spectrum, and has since hit notable milestones including the erection of structural steel and precast concrete and the opening of a 540 space parking lot serving the Wells Fargo Center, Citizens Bank Park and Lincoln Financial Field. Phase One construction will employ approximately 500 workers with permanent jobs at the district totaling approximately 400.
