Gordon Biersch Brewery Restaurant Ramps Up for Fourth Street Live! Debut
In Anticipation of its May 21 Opening Gordon Biersch Launches Hiring Center, Kicks Off Brewing Flagship Beers
Fourth Street Live!, award-winning brewery restaurant Gordon Biersch today announced significant milestones leading up to its debut: launching an on-site employment center in anticipation of hiring approximately 115 new team members, as well as commencing brewing their signature flagship beers at the in-house brewery. Boasting hand-crafted beers, made-from-scratch food and a lively atmosphere, Gordon Biersch spans approximately 9,000 square feet at the corner of Fourth and Liberty Streets at Fourth Street Live!. When Gordon Biersch debuts in May, the venue will join a string of new openings in the district, including Mosaic Nightclub & Lounge (opening this Friday, April 13), PBR Louisville (Thursday, April 26), and Tavern on Fourth (late 2012). Gordon Biersch Louisville celebrates its grand opening on Monday, May 21 and will be open Sunday – Monday from 11AM-10PM (bar 11AM-12AM), Tuesday – Thursday from 11AM – 11PM (bar 11AM – 12AM), and Friday – Saturday 11AM – 12AM (bar 11AM – 2AM).
