The annual survey asks Casino Player readers to vote for their favorite casinos in the country offering the best in food, cocktails, nightclubs, great entertainment and more.

Maryland Live! Casino food, beverage and entertainment facilities took top honors for The Prime Rib for Best Steakhouse and Best Place to Celebrate; the Live!
