LOUISVILLE, KY. – The Cordish Companies along with local business leader and former NBA and University of Louisville basketball player, Ulysses “Junior” Bridgeman, are proud to open Birracibo at Fourth Street Live! in Louisville, Kentucky. Birracibo, which will specialize in artisanal pizzas, wine, and craft beer, will add to the already strong Fourth Street Live! culinary mix which includes Gordon Biersch, Brazeiros Churrascaria Brazilian Steakhouse, and Eddie Merlot’s. Designed by Louisville’s Bravura Architects and totaling 9,000 square feet, Birracibo features over 100 indoor seats, an outdoor patio for al fresco dining, a charcuterie station serving fresh cheese and meat selections daily, a 45-foot bar and two private dining and event rooms, including the largest private room on 4th Street. Over $1M is being invested by the Cordish/Bridgeman partnership to create BirraCibo and bring over 50 new jobs to the area.
