The Cordish Companies Announce Celebrity Chef Guy Fieri to Bring Flagship Dining Concept to Louisville at Fourth Street Live!

Louisville, KY: The Cordish Companies announced today that celebrity chef Guy Fieri will be bringing a new dining concept to Fourth Street Live! this fall. Guy Fieri’s Smokehouse, which will open to the public September 9, 2016, will be a flagship location of a brand new restaurant concept for Guy Fieri. Inducted into the American Royal BBQ Hall of Fame in 2012, Guy Fieri’s passion for BBQ will heavily influence his Smokehouse concept and will add to the Fourth Street culinary mix which includes Birracibo by Junior Bridgeman, Bourbon Raw, Gordon Biersch Brewery Restaurant, Brazeiros Churrascaria Brazilian Steakhouse and Eddie Merlot’s. Designed by Niemitz Design Group of Boston and Louisville’s Bravura Architects, Guy Fieri’s Smokehouse will feature 6,700 square feet of dining space, including 117 interior seats and 79 outdoor patio seats. The outdoor patio, totaling over 2,200 square feet, will feature two large working meat smokers and an indoor/outdoor bar.

About Guy Fieri
